THE COMPANY

Please be advised Premier Technology Engineering Ltd., was known previously as Premier Plastics Ltd. The change of name has been instigated for the sole purpose of reflecting our expansion in the sale of renewable energy products i.e. Heat Pumps, Underfloor Heating Products and Aluminium Radiators etc. We also continue to manufacture Plastic Injection Mouldings. There is no change whatsoever to our company structure.  

The Company was established in 1986 and has its factory at Shinagh, Bandon, Co. Cork, Ireland. It was set up to design and produce a range of plastic related products and to produce sub-contract plastic injection mouldings for outside companies. 

Premier Technology Engineering Ltd., produce plastic injection moulded parts and products for a number of sectors, including construction, engineering, electronic equipment, packaging, sports gear, underfloor heating and plastic slatted pig floors. It also imports and distributes specialized plastic products for distribution on the Irish market. 

Premier Technology has evolved over the years from 1986 to its initial plastic injection moulding facilities to widening its scope into the renewable energy sector. In 2004 Premier Technology added an underfloor heating materials supply division. This led in 2016 to further renewable energy products such as heat pumps and aluminium radiators being added to the business. 

 
PRODUCTION ACTIVITIES
Premier Technology Engineering Ltd., in its own premises, has a wide range of high-quality equipment including eight Plastic Injection Moulding Machines, ranging in sizes from twenty-five-ton clamping force to three hundred and fifty-ton clamping force. It also has a wide range of auxiliary equipment including water chillers, cooling tower, air compressor, colour-mixing plant and weighing equipment. It has its own in house mould repair workshop which includes a centre lathe, milling machine, grinder and drill etc. Premier Technology staff are totally committed to producing a quality product and to deliver the product as per schedule on time, every time.
 
MATERIALS PROCESSED
A.B.S., Nylon 6, Nylon 66, Glass Filled Nylon, Bead Filled Nylon, Polycarbonate, Polystyrene, High Impact Polystyrene, Polyethylene and Polypropylene. Other materials processed on request.

Home and export sales and distribution of roller shutter door parts, agricultural plastic slatted flooring, construction protection covers and underfloor heating systems.
